Some time ago the Rev. C. P. Madsen quietly sent an original endless-chain letter to twenty members of his congregation, the Grand Avenue Methodist Episcopal church, as follows:"  [text]  ... "The preacher estimates today that 15, 621 persons are praying for Milwaukee's salvation ..."
