Parody chain letter.  Wife Exchange.  "...you will receive 16,179 women."  US, 1947.

                             Cincinnati, O. October 27, 1947

Dear Fiend:

This chain letter was started in Reno,  in hopes
of bringing happiness to tired business and  professional
people.

Unlike most chain letters, this one does not cost
any money.  Simply send a copy of this letter to five
male friends, placing your name at the bottom of the list,
then BUNDLE your wife up and send her to the fellow at
the top of the list.

When your name comes to the top of the list you will
receive 16,179 women.

HAVE FAITH:  DO NOT BREAK THIS CHAIN:  ONE MAN BROKE
IT AND GOT HIS OWN WIFE BACK.

Sincerely,

                                 A. Friend
