Letter from Heaven. Jesus' sabbath letter, found at Iconium. Since 6th century. Canada, 1943?
Letter Written By Our Blessed
Saviour

This is a letter written by our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, found eighteen miles from Iconium, sixty-three years after our Blessed Saviour's Crucifixion. It was transmitted to the Holy City by a converted Jew and faithfully translated from the Hebrew tongue. A copy of this letter is now in the possession of the Lady Cuba's family in Mesopotamia. It was found under a stone, round and large, at the foot of the cross, and on the stone was engraven: "Blessed is he that shall turn me over." All the people that saw it prayed to God earnestly, and desired that He would make His ways know unto them, that they might not attempt in vain to turn it over.

In the meantime there came a little child about six or seven years of age, and turned it over without any assistance, to the admiration and amazement of every person who was standing by. It was carried to the city of Iconium and there published by Lady Cuba's family and signed by the Angel Gabriel, seventy-four years after our Blessed Saviour's birth. And in this letter was written the commandments of Jesus Christ.

And whosoever worketh on the Sabbath Day shall be cursed. I do command you to go to church, not only yourselves, but your men-servants and you maid-servants, and keep holy the Lord's Day. You shall not idly spend your time in bedecking yourselves with superfluities of costly apparel and vain dresses. For I have ordered a day of rest, and I have that day kept holy that your sins may be forgiven. You shall not break My Commandments but observe them, keep them, write them down in your hearts and faithfully observe them. You shall finish your labour every Saturday night by six o'clock, at which time the preparations for the Sabbath begins. I advise you to fast five Fridays in the year, beginning with Good Friday, and the four immediately following in remembrance of the five bloody wounds I received for all mankind. You shall diligently and peacefully labour to your respective callings wherever it hath pleased God.

You shall love one another with brotherly love, and cause them that are baptised to come to church and receive the Sacrament, the Baptism, and the Lord's Supper, and be made members of the Church by doing so. I will give you a long life and every blessing and your land shall flourish and your cattle shall bring forth in abundance, and I will give you many blessings and comfort in the greatest temptations, but he who does contrary, I will send the hardness of heart upon him, especially upon the impenitent and unbelievers, and him that giveth too the poor shall not be unfitted. Remember to keep holy the Sabbath Day, for the seventh day to rest thyself.

Whosever has a copy of this letter and keepeth it without publishing it shall not prosper: but him that publishes it to others shall be blessed of Me and though his sins be in number as the stars in he sky, and he believeth in this writing and Commandments he shall be pardoned, but upon him that believeth not, in this writing and Commandments, I will send on you plagues and consume both him and his children, and his cattle. And him that hath a copy of this, My letter, in his house, nothing shall hurt him, neither lightning, pestilence, thunder or fire shall do him any harm.

And if a woman be with child and in labour, and a copy of this letter be about her, and she firmly puts her trust in Me she shall be delivered of her birth.

You shall hear no more of Me but by the Holy Scripture until the Day of Judgment. All goodness, happiness, and prosperity shall be in the house wherever a copy of this letter shall be found. Amen.
